Our current Veteran, Spade, and Armor of God tees use the Bella + Canvas 3001 unisex shirt. The manufacturer measurements below are in inches and describe the garment laid flat.

Compare with a shirt you own
Lay a well-fitting shirt flat without stretching it. Measure straight across the chest from side to side, then measure its body length from the highest shoulder point to the bottom hem. Compare those measurements with this table. Chest width is a flat measurement, not a body circumference.
